Tax Day Tea Party The second Annual Tax Day Tea Party is TODAY Thursday, April 15th at the Main Post Office (2200 NW 72 Ave) at 4:00 PM. Our worst fears are becoming reality. Since Barack Hussein Obama took office, taxes have been raised a whopping 25 times. Those tax increases total a whopping 670 billion dollars on the backs of those of us that pay taxes (not the 43% of the growing dependent classes). With the crushing burden of these - any many other crushing economic yokes to come (VAT tax for example), it is more critical than ever to rise in opposition to these job killing policies of the extreme left. Obama will fly into town today at the time we are assembled to attend a fundraiser Gloria and Emilio Estefan are hosting for him at $34,000 a plate. We will assemble and move south on 72 Ave to reach the airport perimeter to give all the liberals flying into town a proper Miami Tea Party greeting. Having said that, our goal is to break our attendance record from last year which stands at 4500 patriots in attendance. If we bring three friends or family members with us, we could easily eclipse 10,000 in attendance. As always, bring your pithy but respectful signs, flags and all the other creative items that have become a tradition in our observance of our rights and responsibilities. Should you witness someone starting a problem or with crudely offensive signs that are totally of of character for our organization, point this out to the nearest law enforcement officer or one of our staff or myself. We pride ourselves for having very spirited tea parties, but we will not allow those marxists that want to stain our organization and our reputation for lawful assembly to put a crimp on our event. Do not engage (fall into their trap) and seek out a police officer.
